1. Pre-Loading Container Inspection
   Before loading, our QC team conducts a thorough inspection of the ocean container:

• Check exterior for damage, rust, or structural defects.
• Verify interior is clean, dry, odor-free, and intact (no holes, moisture, or foreign debris).
• Perform a light-leak test to ensure airtight sealing.
• Full photo documentation of the empty container (interior, exterior, door, and serial number) is taken and archived.

1. Secure Packaging & Protection
   All Kimsun windows/doors are pre-packed for long-distance ocean shipping:

• Wrapped with protective stretch film to prevent scratches and dust.
• Reinforced with EPE pearl cotton & foam corner protectors on all glass edges and frame corners.
• Custom cushioning to absorb shocks and vibrations during transit.
• Each unit is labeled clearly for easy identification.

1. Precision Measurement & Space Optimization
   Our logistics team measures every carton/crate to design the optimal loading layout:

• Calculate exact dimensions to maximize container utilization(20GP/40HQ).
• Plan stacking sequence for stability and weight distribution.
• Flexible loading per client request: palletized or non-palletized loading.
• Ensure no wasted space while avoiding over-packing or damage.

1. Professional Loading & Supervision
   Loading is executed by trained staff under full supervision:

• Careful placement to avoid shifting or impact.
• Use straps/bracing where needed to secure cargo.
• Real-time photos taken at 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and full load stages.
• Final full-container photo upon completion.

1. Sealing & Final Documentation
   Once fully loaded:

• Container door is closed and secured with a high-security bolt seal.
• Seal number is recorded, photographed, and matched to shipping documents.
• Complete loading report + photo set is sent to the client for confirmation.
